Her attraction to the relationship between humans and nature moved from trees and forests to a wider interest in landscape. She wanted to look at landscape differently. Not from the point of view of the artist on the ground, but in terms of looking from above, to capture the contours, the way the earth in its movements over time, creates shapes.
